Connection refused problem

Hi, I changed to pogamut 3 from 2 and now I'm unable to connect to the server in netbeans with a bot. After adding the the server to the services it fails to get info of the server and also when trying to connect the bot it gives Connection refused. I have tried connecting to localhost, 127.0.0.1 and even my external ip but nothing helps. I tried different ports and checked that the gamebots ports were correct.

Ps. I'm running linux.

Have you also updated GameBots when installing Pogamut? Pogamut 2 GameBots are not compatible with Pogamut 3 gamebots.

Also did you have GameBots server running, when you tried to connect to it?

Ok got it working, the problem was with the command I was using to start the server, it had a typo :-(

Hi!

The first thing (to test GB2004) is to use telnet "telnet localhost 3000" and see whether you receive "HELLO_BOT" message (in this case GB2004 are working).
