How to set up multiple ut2004 servers on a local machine?

I've been trying to figure out how to set up multiple servers on the same machine but I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

you will have to start each server listening on different ports (note that there are two ports: control connection port and bot port)
