Radek Píbil has created a Pogamut extension that allows us to control [[http://artemis.ms.mff.cuni.cz/pogamut/tiki-index.php?page=Gestures+and+Facial+expressions+-+BML|agent's gestures and facial expressions]]. This is an important step towards more believable agents. The extension works with gestures (and facial expr.) specified using the BML language. To question of a more believable agent is now about the range of gestures and facial expressions provided. Currently we only have a limnited number of expressions available.
This project is about the definition of simple human gestures and facial expressions the agent could use in it's everyday life using BML langauge. From waving and clapping hands to expressions of sadness, joyo and anger. |
